The Annual Journal

The Journal was launched in 1975 after the 1974 British Association Meeting at
Stirling in order to provide a medium for papers and information relevent to naturalist and historical interests of the Forth / mid Scotland area - i.e. that encompassed by the Stirling, Falkirk, and Clackmannanshire authorities.

It complements and succeeds the Transactions of the Stirling Field and Archaeological Society published from 1878 to 1939.

Currently The Stafford Trust helps fund the publication costs.
